The body of this atlas manual pasta machine is comprised of nickel-plated and chrome-plated steel in a black finish for long-term resistance to corrosion. It features flat rollers for making dough sheets and an easily removable cutting plate that makes two different kinds of pasta: spaghetti and fettuccine. The opening between the flat rollers is also controlled by a numbered regulating knob with nine positions for a variety in pasta thickness. The handle and clamp for the machine are plastic for easy gripping and cleaning. Redesigned as the wellness deluxe machine it is the only pasta machine produced completely with materials which do not release any harmful metallic residue for total wellness.
